Governed by a Platts-indexed settlement formula (P_settlement = [Index × K_grade] − D_freight ± A_parity) with a ±10% volatility collar and mandatory SGS / Bureau Veritas Clean Report of Findings (CRF), the structure guarantees zero cash-flow disruption. Fallback settlements are secured via Offshore Yuan (CNH via CIPS), UAE Dirham (AED), and European conduits.
